- Room cleaning: Maids will clean your room daily. Room cleaning hours are from 09:00 to 16:00 hours. Priority is set according to the check-in and check-out times of the day. You can hang the "Clean Room" or "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door according to your wishes.
- Change of linen: Room service will change your linen according to an environmentally friendly change schedule. If you would like an additional change of towels, please deposit them in the bathtub before the maid tidies your room.
- Breakdowns: If during your stay you notice any anomaly in the facilities, please do not hesitate to contact reception.
- In order to preserve the environment, we would appreciate a good use of electricity and water.
- Air conditioning: Operational in high season. Individual regulators in each room. Please note that opening the terrace door will automatically turn off the air conditioning.
- Water: Although the tap water is drinkable, we recommend that you do not drink it in order to avoid problems.
- Electricity: The voltage in the room is 220V. You will be able to use any adaptor in your room.
- Television: Channel list.
- Coffee and tea set: The products you will find in the kettle are a welcome set. It will not be replenished unless requested by the client.
- Mini-bar service: There is a small mini-bar in your room. If you would like drinks and snacks, please contact reception.
- Rooms for disabled guests: The hotel has rooms specially adapted for wheelchair users. Mobility aids and support for shower access are also available. Please contact reception if you need assistance.
- Laundry service: Our laundry service is at your disposal: washing and ironing of clothes. In the wardrobe you will find the bag and the price list. Fill in the sheet and place it on the bed. The maid will remove the bag, which will be returned to you the next day.
- Ironing room and washing machine: Self-service unit located on the 6th floor. The room is adapted to allow guests to wash and iron their clothes freely.
- Check-out day: Guests are reminded that, on the day of departure, the room must be vacated before 12:00 noon, otherwise the hotel will charge them for an extra day's stay. If you wish to extend your check-out time, please contact reception the day before around 19h.
- Luggage assistance: Please contact reception if you wish to have your luggage removed from your room.
- Free safe deposit box: A safe deposit box is available for free use in the wardrobe of your room. This establishment is not responsible for the items deposited inside it. Instructions for use can be found next to the safe, inside the wardrobe. On the day of departure, please leave the safe door open.
