- Check-Out/Departure: On the day of your departure, you must leave your room before 12 noon.
- Late check-out: If you wish to stay longer in your room on the day of your departure, you must request it the day before, before 19:00 h. The reception desk will inform you of availability, the length of your stay and the cost of the room.
- Extending your stay: If you wish to extend your stay, please contact our reception staff the day before your departure.
- Luggage storage: Leave your luggage at reception until your departure time.
- Changing rooms and lockers: On the day of your departure you can make use of the courtesy showers located on the ground floor of the hotel.
- Credit at the telephone, bars and room service.
- Doctor: The hotel has a 24-hour doctor's service (external service). The cost of the consultation should be paid directly to the doctor.
- Postal service: Printed forms, envelopes and a letter box are available at the reception.
- Pool towel service: Free of charge, deposit required. The towel can be exchanged for a clean one at reception at any time, but in the interest of the environment, please keep the towel as long as possible.
- Messages
- Wake-up service: Ask reception or the operator (9) for the time you wish to be alerted.
- Free Wi-Fi: Service available in the main area, lounge bar and rooms.
- Internet Corner: The hotel has a computer service in the main lounge.
- Parking: There is a free outdoor car park for guests, accessible with the room card. Hotel Bellamar is not responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or valuables left inside.
